Came damaged on multiple places huge dents and bent frame. Quality control issue or shipping ? Unhappy that a item can show up damaged ....

Weight tree arrived, but badly shipped, some plastic end caps damaged, scratches like it had been used before. For almost 200 bucks, expected a little bit better.

Hi Darin, thank you for the review and my apologies about this.I have had a chance to check and Ruck Plate on your order measures 13.5-in by 7-in; it has rounded edges designed to fit into standard laptop compartments of everyday backpacks. My apologies if it doesn't fit your ruck sack. the plates are made with portability in mind to fit the largest amount of backpacks or ruck sack possible; however, we cannot account for every single eventuality as yours maybe am exception. Item arrived damaged. There was no damage to the packaging so it was defective before packing. Return policy is difficult to locate on the website and non-existant on the order emails.

So far I've placed 4 orders with Titan while trying to build up a home gym. Each order has had some issue, either major or minor. My first big order included a Y-3 yoke. After getting it all set up I found that the holes on one post didn't line up correctly meaning I couldn't add spotter arms to it. I contacted support and haven't heard anything back yet. One order included a 100 pound sandbag but they somehow managed to send a 40lb kettlebell instead. When I contacted support they immediately sent out a replacement, but I still have to ship the kettlebell back. One top of that, the third order was my second set of rubber floor roll. This second roll was about 4 inches shorter than the other roll. Not a big enough deal to try and send it back or contact support but just another minor issue to deal with after another order. Just be careful with Titan as you may end up with great products at decent prices, but it will probably include a bunch of minor headaches to deal with as well.

I bought a titanium fitness arm curl and tricep extension machine(range of motion on the triceps extension is not good) and a titan leg curl/extension machine. It was missing a part and I have not gotten the part yet. Not impressed as yet.

I had to get the handle screw point rethreaded because it was not correctly done before shipment. Other than that I love it.

Be sure to measure your rack (I’m stupid) this does not fit ANY rack literally didn’t fit any normal size rack that I could find…. We are going to rig up some plywood against a wall and make it work :-/

The e-z curl bar I ordered was shipped unboxed and unwrapped in any sort of packaging. Only a tag with the address was attached with a plastic tie. It arrived with some light scratches and some unidentified sticky residue which I was able to remove. Luckily there was no serious damage so I decided to keep it rather than sending it back. Items like this should be shipped in a carton or some type of protective wrapping.
