Very small dimensions. It will work for most of my athletes but not all.

Chest fly/ rear delt machine- Product did not come with instructions. It's not super difficult to figure out. But it would have been nice to make sure the cambers were installed correctly. The back pad is to high. When you sit facing it for rear delta your face is mashed into the pad. I had to drill an extra hole in the cambers so I could get better range of motion for rear delts range of motion. Now it's a lot better for rear delts R.O.M. The angle on the top grip is kinda useless. A "T" or "L" handle would be better for the range of motion and isolation of the rear delt. Chest fly/rear delt machine- One side of my handles didn't/doesn't have any grip material on it "top or bottom grip". I had an issue with my address being accepted into the online order address space. I emailed the company, by the time they got back to me I missed the sale I was trying to capitalize on. The customer service email wasn't very helpful. I asked the rep because they took 3 days to get back to me if I could still get the item at sale price. I was told to wait till it went back on sale. I didn't think that was a good way to handle that situation. So the next time it went on sale I tried to get the same item. Well the exact same situation happened with my address not being accepted into the online order form again. To which I emailed customer service again. Customer service took 3 days to get back to me again. Luckily in the interim while waiting for the customer service email I figured out which format your system needed to have for my address. I was able to purchase the item while it was still on sale. Had I relied on the customer service email response I would have missed the sale again.

The first shipment had parts missing and was poor quality, the replacement shipment had damaged packaging and a hole in the box. I was impressed with how the issues were handled, I was disappointed with the quality of the product.

I bought a scratch and dent deal on a Loadable atlas stone. The main issue with the item is the bolt no longer lines up with the hole unless it’s positioned perfectly. With some engineering I was able to make it work.

Items came very well packaged and extremely fast, there is no issues with the receiving of my products. My frustration comes from the durability side of things as my Functional Trainer I have only owned for the last 15 months has the pull-up bar coating breaking apart already. This issue leaves my pull-up options to an uneven grip position. The pull-up bar orientation is part of the reason I purchased this machine vs the REP one and it's frustrating to have it fall apart just 3 months past due on the 1 year warranty. I am trying to look for options to fix this but it's not as easy as buying a new one to bolt on because this one does not come off.

Barbell rack is pretty cool but the box was totally destroyed and it was missing 2 rubber feet out of the 4 and 3 rubber washers

Two items were missing one of the knobs that holds the weight on which you guys put on and one of the rubber foot pads. I believe it was because the box was tore up huge hole in it probably why the foot pad fell out. Don't know why the knob was missing someone just didn't put it on.

According to tracking the order arrived in Savannah on the 13th and was delivered on the 21st, that's completely unacceptable in my opinion.

I purchased the Viking Press. The screw lock does not secure it to the bar. The knob on the screw lock is too small. There's also a loose piece of metal inside the press which rattles around... annoying.

2 of the bolt holes had weld in them and had to cross-thread bolts with an impact drill to even get them in. Similar Issue I had with the calf raise I got from titan. one of the 2 holes that secure the seat is reamed out so now the seat falls to 1 side by half an inch

Only half of my order arrived due to warehouse not packing it correctly. It then took over 10 days to receive. The rest of the order was shipped in 3 packages and still waiting on the last part 2 weeks later. Good customer service people but terrible on warehouse and shipping. These were just change plates too so go figure on the issue?

I love my Titan equipment but this experience frustrated me very much because of poor communication and the unwillingness to fix the problem at there own expense, even though my first response said something along the lines of, “Sorry for the late response.”

Hi Ryan, thank you for the review and while we are glad to know that you are satisfied with your order, I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that you sent an inquiry to change the shipping address entered on the order. My apologies as changing the shipping address after the order has been received most of the time can only be done through the carrier; due to fast turn-around times, we are not able to make changes to many orders after they are placed. This unfortunately has a fee which is not part of our free shipping policy. I can see that your order was placed on 09/10 and the you sent a request on the same day however, that was a Saturday and the most likely response would be the next business day which would be Monday. My apologies again.

I ordered an 83" T2 Rack and three sets of bumper plates from the "scratch and dent" sale online. I figured what the heck, they're weights, who cares about a few scratches. I received two sets of the bumper plates first and honestly, I couldn't tell where they were blemished. So far so good. Today the rack arrived. Not good. The uprights and cross members had been thrown loosely in a box totally unprotected save for very thin plastic bags around each piece. Nothing separated them from one another, and there was no internal packaging to lock the pieces in place and stop them from rubbing during transport. The rack is still serviceable and went together fine, but you can imagine how the finish fared during transport. Several of the flanges where the connections are made were bent, too. Scratch and dent sales aren't returnable, so caveat emptor if you are considering any of these items. Learned my lesson - when Titan Fitness says 'scratch and dent", they mean it. I hope they package their new items better than they did this rack.
