The bench is great for the price but the slide on feet not so much as they alway get loos e and out of balance.

Hi Iosefa, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement order was keyed and tagged delivered on 11/29. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working to make sure items are delivered complete and also to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while in transit. My leg extension was not delivered, due to fed ex damaging it. I was offered a small discount but not comparable to what I would have got the scratch and dent price for.

Hi Joaquin, thank you for the review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier in regards to the delivery date. Delivery dates are estimates and can change depending on factors that can affect the carrier and this is a factor that we do not have control of as this information is from the them. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 2-4 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. I have had a chance to check and I can see that your order was placed on 11/08 and was shipped on the same day and was tagged delivered on 11/11 with a photo attachment where it was left.

Ordering and delivery was great. Received within a week and arrived damage free. Off gassing, however, was terrible and lasted 3-4 days. The actual weight is also not terribly consistent. One 40lbs dumbbell is 39.6lbs and the other is 39lbs.

There was a small chip in the corner of the protective plastic that came with the bar. There was also some rough machining and coating spots where the gymnastics straps will go. Not sure how long it will last. Other reviews are correct that the distance between the predrilled holes for the fastening is less than 2 inch. This limits installation options. I had to install it on the same joist rather than attaching it across two joist, which would distribute the weight on two joist and make the installation more sound.

Placed a simple small order on the 13th and on the 15th I called to check on it and it was waiting to be verified. They called me to verify and I gave them the Order No, my name shipping address, billing address and telephone number and then proceeded to ask for my CC info. I don't see why this is necessary. If they are verifying your order for release, they should have your information in front of them. She said it is a different department and they don't, that doesn't sound right! Anyway, now it's supposed to ship out soon? and another 5-10 business days to arrive. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told the same lady I spoke to, to tell me that they'd have to cancel the order if I did not give a person verifying my order without the information in front of her, all my information including CC. Very unprofessional!

Product was fine but lowered the price by $50 twice within 4 days of me ordering it. Would not price match their own sale price. Will definitely look elsewhere when shopping for fitness products for companies that will take care of their customers.

The bike is not suited for outdoor use. It should not rust after 3 months. It is what it is for the price. Its cheaply made and will not hold up to everyday riding. The nuts on the arms have to be tightened after every ride. The seat is uncomfortable. I would not recommend this to a client. With that said I applaud titan for sending a replacement bike. If this bike is better I will change my review. It's been frustrating but Chee sent a replacement so maybe this one will better. I've spent more money getting a professional to put it together and on paint/ oil / packing tape then I saved on the purchase.

Not happy at all with titans level of transportation with fedex. When I called titan, multiple times after 10 days. It took another 3 days for a manager to call me. The product is good. But there partner ( fedex) for shipping is terrible. Find a different shipping company.

I ordered two things: a kettlebell and an independent squat stand with a pull-up bar. The website autocorrected my address to the wrong address. But that’s okay because the shipping company re-autocorrected it to the right address. So I got two packages. The kettlebell and the pull-up bar. Still waiting on the independent squat rack… three weeks after ordering it.

Placing the order was quick and shipping was too. However I was missing 6 pieces, it's now going on week two and the individual handling the issue is still waiting for internal approval. So there it sits, unusable and unsure I'm going to get the parts needed.

The adjustable bench I ordered arrived on time. I began assembling it and realized there were a couple screws/bolts missing. There was also a strange flat wrench that went to nothing that was included. Regarding the seat portion of the bench, the bracket that attaches to the underside is wrong. It’s too tall and the bolt holes are off. Because of this, the seat does not lie completely flat. The main portion of the bench attached perfectly and does lie flat. I am pretty disappointed after spending $160 or so. This is my second Titan product…I don’t think I will be spending my money on anymore Titan products.

Ordered a rack, bench, bar, and bumper plates. Everything but the bumper plates arrived. Contacted Titan immediately to resolve the issue. It’s a week and a half later and no resolution after multiple calls. I just want my money back for the bumper plates that did not arrive. Granted it sounds like Titan shipped the bumper plates and the shipping company lost/stole them. Regardless I’m out the money and do not have the product. Otherwise I’d give them four stars.

Sadly, I was missing parts for my incline bench. I emailed customer service but nobody responded. It’s sad because it would have been a super easy fix for you guys. Everything else was perfect.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and my apologies as we not have spares of the the part that you are requesting at the moment nor can we pull from the inventory and items from our Scratch and Dent Category have limited stock and I can see that only one feet didn't came with one. Grip tape that can be sourced locally can be a great alternative. My apologies again as items from this category may be delivered with a part missing and if the overall function of the item is preserved and we do not have spares of the part that is being requested, we may only suggest alternative solutions.
