One of the pieces came bent and unusable. A week later finally got the replacement, only to realize the bench pad has a some white junk on it that won’t come off. Not the biggest of deals, but not what to expect when purchasing something brand new. Assembly instructions weren’t accurate to the parts as shipped. Hardware was all mixed up and not labeled; basically had to guess which bolt which was.

Product is as expected but packing was inadequate for the obviously large and heavy items. Several items broke through their packaging and into my driveway when being handled by the courier, resulting in damage to both the product and my driveway.

Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I ordered two specialty bars from Titan, the multi grip camber bar and the safety squat bar. Both arrived relatively quickly; the multi grip bar was fine, but the safety bar had a defective handle that would not screw into the grip. I contacted Titan and they stated they would send a replacement but that it would take 2-3 weeks; it has been almost 2 months and have not gotten so much as a shipping confirmation. The safety squat bar continues to be in stock on their website but for some reason they can't take a handle out of existing inventory to send to me; the bar has gone on sale multiple times for less than I paid but I have been offered zero compensation for being completely unable to use the product I paid for 2 months ago. I reached out to customer service again regarding it and received no response. At this point I can't say I would order from them again.

Missing parts such as the plastic caps for the top of the posts. Missing hardware do to bag rupturing in box.

The order shipped out and bounced back and forth at a local fedex delivery center for over a week. Titan customer service was a complete joke and my item arrived without a box and wrapped in clear plastic. I will no longer do business with titan fitness

Used only twice and the Velcro belt is already fraying and falling apart. Poor quality for a Titan product, very disappointed. I would not recommend this product. Sorry

My barbell was delayed by 4 days then arrived unboxed on my concrete doorstep without any protective wrapping or box with scratched and chipped edges, contacted titan to resolve this and haven’t heard back yet

I recently purchased the Bench Press Rack with Flip Down Safeties for my work gym. One of the welds on one of the safeties snapped while a member was using the bench resulting in him being pinned by the bar. Safeties are definitely not safe. Additionally, multiple bolts and washers were missing upon delivery resulting in me needing to supply the extra hardware needed for assembly. 2 stars given because other products I've purchased have been ok, but this bench is a 0

I finished the installation and tested it and the cable wiring snapped on me. I called customer service but they couldn’t help. I emailed them as well and currently waiting for a response. I was shocked at the quality issue.
