Product came promptly, and the product is great but iit came with a smal blemish. A hole in the canvas on the bench. Small hole but im afraid it may grow.

I bought a 5’ barbell for my 11yr old. The price was great, ordering is a breeze. Downside is that it took almost a month to get to me with multiple shipping delays, false messages about delivery, and when it got to me the tube was ripped in half and the bar is dinged up in a few spots. Not a great experience. I’d return the bar, but don’t want to wait another month to get it worked out. Disappointing.

I've just received the Back Hyperextension. I would share two things. I spoke with someone about the reviews for this piece of equipment, particularly about the hard cushions mentioned there. I asked if this issue had been addressed during the time that there was a backlog. The individual asked someone about that and told me it had. I don't that was the case at all. The cushions are stiff and uncomfortable. But they are workable. What was disturbing is that I feel I was intentionally misled. Secondly, the installation drawing is very poor, amateurish in fact. I've been following Titan for some time and have made some purchases. You have some wonderful qualities, although I believe your equipment will become outdated over time. In the meantime, it would serve you well to get the "small things right." Make Titan an easier and more pleasant place to shop and buy from.

Rack is great, however the pull up bar arrived with scuffs and there was missing hardware that was needed to attach the pull up bar to the rack. Customer service was great and has arranged for replacements to be sent out but was initially frustrating not being able to put everything up the day it arrived.

Sturdy construction, however the plate holders are only 1 inch thick and does not fit Olympic plates. Easy to assemble, but mine has some wobble to it.

It came very fast but the screws that secure the bad snapped already after just 10 days of using it and she’s only 60lbs And out worry about the overall quality and safety of the bar.

Poorly packaged items, damaged upon arrival, customer service email response was/is delayed (over 2 weeks now and still waiting), other items ordered on back order waiting for shipment. Customer service representatives unsure of each product and place you on hold to read up on item before attempting to give customer an unsure answer.

Got the V3 trap bar. They ship FedEx and one of the corners of my bar was heavily scratched due to the poor handling, box was about half open when I received it. Very sturdy bar, but bad choice to go with powder coat. If it wasn’t powder coat, I’d say it’d be the best trap bar on the market.

First bad experience with Titan Customer service. The 16 inch plyobox was missing the shorter M4x32mm screws. I called customer service and was told that they were out of stock and advised me to go to the hardware store and buy the screws and then file an expense report and submit copy of receipt to request a refund .for the screws. I said that was a lot steps to refund the price of some screws and asked if he could just make a price adjustment and refund a portion of the price and call it a day. This is what Rogue has done in the past. He insisted that the refund process had to be followed. The gentleman was very polite and professional, just wish he was empowered in his position more to be able to make common sense decisions.

Red decals are all peeling off. There are little plastic beads all over the inside of the box that spilled out everywhere when I opened. The product itself is fine, but disappointed the logo was put on so cheaply.

Product was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Yet, instruction manual is horrible. Hard to discern what parts are which. The product sits unassembled at this time.

I was unpleasantly surprised to find large chips on my newly purchased uprights and cross members. This was quite displeasing as this was a new purchase and my first experience buying from Titan.

This dip station is fantastic. The only problem is that the instructions were torn and covered in mold. They reeked and the box had to be jettisoned from the house. That’s a shame. But that actual piece of equipment is very sturdy and the handles feel fantastic.

I am missing some hardware to assemble my competition bench. There were no M8 Spring Washers and no Nut Covers. Both are on the hardware list and in the assembly instructions, but upon opening the box were not in my specific kit. Also there were a lot of metal bead-like debris inside the leg of the front leg. Not sure if it’s debris from machining but it dumped out all over my floor upon opening. Slightly frustrating/a nuisance. Also the box was damaged in transit and there are some scuff marks/scratched to the frame from that, and there was moisture inside the plastic wrapping of the back pad. Presumably from the box having a whole in it, it let in water/moisture. Wish it were wrapped better to avoid damage in transit.

The lat tower is a very ordinary piece of equipment. Dreadful instructions make it extremely difficult to put together. Only non Titan YouTube videos made it possible. Why Titan don’t do their own videos if they insist on poor instructions is unbelievable.

Online shopping experience was good. Shipping information and updates were way off, the product came a week later than first noted. There was a small damaged piece on the equipment and there were a lot of cosmetic imperfections as well. The lack of assembly/install instructions was also pretty shocking. I basically had to read through the reviews to figure out different methods people used to install the squat rack.

I gave it a two star because I had to have it delivered at a relatives home even though she leaves in the colonias because Titan doesn't recognize my home address. I already contacted you guys in this but still nothing. The packaging was good , the product is good . The instructions are online only and I had to download n print them. You guys sell a good product , if only you'd get the delivery service , customer service in line I'd be awesome!
