I ordered the Plate Loaded Functional Trainer and it arrived damaged. The product looks solid, the customer service was responsive and solved my problem. My main issue is that they had to send an entire second box to replace two small plastic bushings. For the inconvenience of having to unpack then repack the heavy box and then return it to FEDEX, I am giving 2 stars. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star experience. Recommend having these smaller pieces available to ship if broken or damaged.

I've bought several Titan items and have never had an issue. Sure, there might be a few small scratches, but it will have many more after I use it, so not an issue. Just got the calf raise machine, and I have to tell you I'm a little dissapointed. The box it shipped in was trashed, and there were parts missing. I called customer support and left my number for them to call me back on the automated system, but they never called me. I just want the missing parts so I can start using it. I can't really rate the customer service or communication speed because I haven't had any return communication yet. I'll post a follow up once this is complete.

The 2-Star is because of FedEx. I’m still waiting on 2 bars, they say undeliverable. The package for the 2 I received were both broken, then taped back together. The bars are fine, but it’s still a let down that these companies treat the equipment like it costs nothing.

The lat machine was shipped in a thousand pieces. Impossible for 1 person to put it together. Had to hire a couple people to help me. Unreal. Would of gladly paid for shipping for it to come like rogues does. Basically built already. Terrible experience after getting my order pushed back 2 months from the day it said it would ship when I ordered it.

It is understandable for companies to have items on back order and have delays, but to keep pushing delays back several times and not provide updates unless asked is frustrating. Wish they would have had their benches in stock, but with the continued delays I will have to look elsewhere. I have been satisfied with their products in the past but they fell short this time.

Original estimates ship date was 2/28, after that passed it moved to April, then May. Called to find out more info and understand why this was never communicated but had to look into it myself. Frustrating that there was lack of communication.

Ordered 3 items. Quick delivery on 2 items. Final item not received and no update given. Have tried on multiple times to use website to track order information, but system has not worked yet to see the order number or any details on it.

The reason for the three stars is that the locking pin for the one arm on my fly machine is missing. I emailed them with pictures of the missing locking pin. I received and assembled on a Saturday, so now that it is Monday I’m hopping for a response soon. As of 1:30pm no response. I would have gave a four or five star review if all the parts where included and I could use it.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I like Titan Fitness and have a few machines in my home gym. The arms on the machine I received are not symmetrical. Either bent or bad weld job or both.

Item was on backorder by a couple days. I ended up waiting 2 months. I never got a single email update or tracking information. I'm glad i have the product, but it literally showed up yesterday and the only correspondence I have is the original confirmation email.

I was told at order that the rack I ordered was in stock, only to find out 2 weeks post purchase, when I asked, that it was on back order. The plates in particular had no estimated restock date even. I was told the website had a “bug”. I asked why my items status on the user portal didn’t show as such - another bug. I then was unable to track the status of my items because the portal had to yet another bug. The support representatives we’re courteous, but ultimately the whole shipment process was a shamble. Lastly, each product I have received does not have a manual on your website available. Not a single one. You provide little cards that state where to go and the code to get the manual, yet it doesn’t even work. Come on.

We absolutely love the equipment received. However we ordered in January and it’s March and we’re still waiting for our plates to be complete. We ordered two sets and only got one.

I had some shipping issues and raised concern to Titan customer service. They flat out lied to me twice about reaching out to Fedex and that my package would be arriving soon. I called Fedex and they told me the exact opposite. Titan gave the wrong dimensions/weight for the packages and that they were being sent back to the Titan facility. So, 23 days after my one of my packages shipped Titan finally admitted that it had been returned to their facility and that they were issuing a refund. It took about 30 days for me to receive my full power rack after working with Fedex, not Titan. I'm giving 2 stars because the products are great but I cannot get over how their customer service decided to lied about contacting the shipper and just left my packages in hiatus for 20 days.

Your current design on your heavy duty rackable hex trap bar is way too narrow. Who designed the grip width? Come on 22inches from handle to handle.. who did you design this for children and midgets. Highly disappointed with my purchase and will not be buying from this company again. This wasnt the first time ive been disappointed with titan fitness. Heres a suggestion.. have you ever test your prototypes before lauching them into development? Dumb question i suppose but ANYONE would tell you that 22in is far too narrow. Very disappointed in the design. Its rather careless on your part. Im going to be posting this review on my youtube channel and 3 of my social medias.

Ordered a bar and waited for almost 2 months. When I received the bar I was disappointed, it’s no better then my $50 Weider bar. How did Titan let this lousy bar passed QC? I wonder many people received defected items from Titan.
