Never received it. My originally got my package, but the paint was missing. Called and was told they’d send it out again two day priority. Never got it. Horrible service. Want a refund at this point.

It appears that our support team did process and ship your replacement order, and according to the tracking number, it was delivered as promised. I paid extra money to have my order shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 business days, on the third day I noticed that it still hadn’t been shipped so I asked them to cancel it, no response on the fourth day I sent them another email asking them to cancel the order still no response on the fifth day I sent them yet another email asking them to cancel the order, at the end of the day they shipped it. it is another week before I will receive The order. They must write their own reviews because this has been an absolute mess. They rave about their customer service yet they have none. In response to their questionnaire they asked time of delivery they don’t give you an option for two weeks. then they ask you how you communicated there was only one option and that was email. I tried phone but nobody picks up. Don’t try blaming the virus on this inexcusable customer service you can pick up the phone or send an email and you can cancel an order .

Emailed for help or advice regarding the applicator tip. It was very hard and each time I tried to apply an additional coat, it would remove the previous layer. Never received an answer from my email. The website brags about excellent customer service, but I haven't seen it.

Their paint pens are useless. Gravity fed and with a brush that will dry within 5 minutes, anything other than a scratch on the very top of your car will come out with the detail and finish of a children's watercolor painting. Waste of money you could just use on the spray can. That said, even their spray paint cans often lose their spray buttons when you shake them (they're loosely attached and fly right off). Color match is good, application products are irritatingly cheap.

I purchased a spray can for a 2016 VW Passat in Pure White (LC9A). Unfortunately, the color is off. Even comparing it to the inside jambs, the color isn’t a match. Waste of time and money. Good thing I used it on a spray card first, then compared it to the car’s paint. If you have a Volkswagen in Pure White (LC9A), look elsewhere.

Dried up paint in the primer tube. Lumpy paint in the finish coat. Unable to get anyone to answer a customer service phone. I have never been so disappointed with any on line purchase.

I needed to change my order. The only way to get help is through email or your contact page. I sent the request 40 minutes after my order and still haven't received a reply. Now I see my original order has shipped.

After 3 separate attempts with three improper color match to my 2016 Toyota. I was told nothing else could be done...and I would not receive a refund. The color match guarantee is a false statement. Do not waste your money and time with this company!

Disappointed in the touch up pen. I followed the directions exactly, was at the right temperature. The primer was super difficult to apply. The base coat would scrap off at the lightest touch when I tried to add the midcoat. Not pleased

Color listed on their site so i ordered it. Couple days later get tracking information. Next day get an email that they do not make this color, and will refund me in 3-5 days. Why list the paint code on your site if you do not plan on making it? Big waste of time.

They Suck, took my payment.. showed it had shipped.. then days later I emailed since thipment showed no movement they told me they no longer made the color I needed.. then they stated they sent an email that this had occurred and they were refunding me of my payment.. they did not and I had to dispute payment through my credit card..

Disappointed in the delivery time of the paint I ordered. I chose to pay an extra fee to revive my order with 2-7 days. Unfortunately, that commitment was not met by Touch up Direct. In fact, I had to call the company to inquire about my order and if I hadn’t the shipment would have been delayed even more. I am very disappointed I the timely manner in which the product should have been mixed and shipped. Poor business execution as far as I am concerned and would suggest to others to look around before doing business with Tiuch up Direct.

Trying this again as my negative review mysteriously did not work. This product did not work at all for me. I followed the instructions completely and not only did the paint color not really match the car, but when applying the clear coat it took off half the paint I'd applied and waited 30 minutes to dry. Additionally the paint just looked dirty even though the car had been freshly washed. Shipping was also terrible as it took 2 full weeks to arrive. Worst $30 I've spent and a waste of 1.5 hours of my time.

I bought the full package...primer, base colour, paint, and clear coat...the amount of paint in the main paint tube was not sufficient to do even 2 coats. I had approximately 6 small stone chips and a small scratch from a dent.

I paid to have express shipping (2-3 days) and 5 days later, I'm still waiting for kit. I realize mail may problematic at this time, but I've placed dozens of orders every month with different companies and haven't have this issue. When I check the tracking, it is not estimated for 2 more days and listed as "on time." It would appear that they charged me for express shipping and then shipped via the slowest method.
