I would rank it higher but have not received the product yet. About 10 days from order to delivery. They said "Fedex" delivery, but I missed the "Fed Ex Ground 10 days" delivery. I specifically ordered to get it while visiting my daughter 1000 miles away. Now I will be gone and walking her through trying to paint a repair. Interesting I get the review email before the product.

I tried to use the "TOP" pen and the paint would not come out of the pen onto the tip.......cannot finish the project.....what gives?

Paint color was not an exact match . The clear coat did not spray evenly and resulted in a lot of orange peel in the finish. This is the worst clear coat I have ever used.

Went to use the Primer that I bought, and it came out like silly string. Very Disappointed.

There were two red colors available for my 2015 Elantra. I chose the one that looked to be the closes to my car and when sprayed on, it's not even close. Now I have an area on my car that's a clear “eyesore”.

I will say that the service level was quite good when speaking with the CSRs on ths phone and the product was delivered quite quickly however where I believe the experience and product fell short is in two spaces. Direction and colour. First off, I'm not a painter or an automotive body repair person. I dont know the first thing about steps to take in order to get my desired result or have any tips on how to apply paint in the most professional ways possible. Or the order of application and preparation. I ordered the brushes vs the pen andino matter how much of the product j tried tk remove and dsb off just because of the quality of the brush itself there was no way for me to apply without getting streak lines. Sure YouTube might be able to help but some instructions would be nice to have included. Secondly the colour match. Now this could have been a result of the first issue however, but the contours aren't an exact match so it's almost more noticable now then it was before.

Wrong paint took much longer than anticipated to get it I now have silver on a charcoal buick when the directions specifically said the color will change when it drys. The quality is there the color match not so much

I know pearl paint is hard to match but your 2010 Honda Goldwing Hot Rod Yellow is not very close. The closest I could manage was by just using the base coat and clear coats only. Any amount of pearl coat caused the color to be way too light.

Application for rock chips is "blotchy". I used a dental microbrush but still had a hard time with a smooth finish. This was not a big issue for wheel road rash but problematic for the hood and bumper. A spray type of applicator might be better. The colour match is very good.
