“The color of the first order did not match. When I contacted customer service I was told that my order could not be returned and to contact my local dealer for an accurate color code.”

“I contacted customer support inquiring about the quantity of product that would be required for my project. After 2 attempts, I received 2 different emails, with different answers. I later ordered enough product to repaint the roof, hood, and trunk lid on my 2008 Subaru Legacy (paint code from vehicle provided with order). The product was delivered well within the expected time. I carefully read the instructions provided with the product, and also of the instructions that were posted on their website. I used the test strips as directed, and compare those to the paint on the car. I noticed a little different in the shade, but I discounted that on the test strip material vs. the actual car material and the age of the paint. I had a perfect day for the application (upper 60s - low 70s), and began the painting process. I applied 3 coats of base (spray action from cans was not always consistent), and 2 coats of clear coat on the roof. I waited 2 hours, and then removed the masking tape and found that the color DID NOT match the factory color. I have since contacted customer service with a picture of the contrasting colors and requested a refund. I received an initial reply the same day of my message that requested a picture of the paint code label from the car. I promptly provided this information, and have not heard from them since (2 days ago).”

“Good website, poor quality paint. Only reason I'm buying your product again is because I'm halfway through a job and don't want to use two different brands. Paint has lots of orange peal and clear coat often cracks even after proper preparation. Will not buy again, and would recommend that other do not use your paint”

“It is hard to say I would recommend or buy again until I use the product. If I ever use the product again I will use a different form of paint. The small brush does not work well. I could not smoothly apply the product. The color did match fairly well, but the texture was poor (too thick) and I think I would only use some type of spray product in the future.”

“At first when I ordered I didn't get a scheduled date of delivery which was not what I wanted. As well as finding out it was purchased securely through another party. Then when I followed the alerts it was scheduled for a specific date I was happy with. Not long after it was rescheduled for delivery for four more days later. When I got it it was not what I expected. The price for fully mixed paint, and the amount was to purchase, was not what I thought it would be. I felt miss informed about buying the paint for professional painting equipment thinking it would be able to be mixed to make more for the price it was set for sale.”
