“11 -12 days to receive a product in metropolitan continental U.S. is so unacceptable by today’s standards when estimated shipping time at time of order was 5 days. Purchased to assist touching up my octogenarian parents new car when they visited and never received product in specified time period. Now I have to pay shipping again to personally ship it to them and doubtful they will be able to do themselves very well. We’ll see if product is any good once I get it”

“After a week after making my paint they finally sent my package, they said they forgot to send it. There apology was to refund half my shipping fee, which I felt was a pretty poor apology. The paint did come and matched well. Little different because my vehicle has faded over 9 years. Due to the shipping issue I would not order again.”

“Recently purchase some touchup paint - was told that I would receive the item within 5 to 7 days- It has been 9 days and still have not received the item. Sent an e-mail to TouchUpDirect and no reply. Would not order from you again! Terrible service.”

“Took 5 days to ship my order. When I emailed asking if it had shipped yet, I received an auto reply that my message was received and that I would be replied to as soon as possible. Four days later and no reply. Haven't received the item yet, so can't rate that, but my experience thus far points to dismal customer service. Tracking shows the item is still a couple days out.”

“I wasn't aware that there would be such a delay in receiving product. I initially bought it to correct a chip from a rental car but ended up returning it A WEEK AGO. The color MIGHT match my personal car but to me, it's about $30 wasted. Sigh. And oh, I asked if I could pick it up as I am in Culver City as was told no. That would have saved time for everyone and would have made me a satisfied customer but right now, I'm not.”

“I placed my order July 8th. It shipped 10th but I have yet to receive it. Instead I received this link for a review. Such late shipment when the only shipping option was a $13 charge is not acceptable.”
