“Ordered on July 15, shipping label made 17. Was supposed to receive on 23rd. Called and it hadn't shipped yet. An email would have been nice notifying of the delay. Still waiting and hoping I get my order.”

“Bought a complete kit, no overall instructions were provided. Based a u tube video I used the sand paper you sent to try and smooth out the scratches prior to repair. It destroyed the finish and I had to go to a body shop for repairs. Very dissatisfied!”

“I picked Toyota color from Avalon body "3TO" to match up with "touchUdiect" color. The Color pan red is lighter than my cat color. My color is maloon color. I bought a pen a few month ago, that color was red as well. I wish I can return this pen.”

“In this day and age of “Free Shipping”, “Express Shipping”, and NORMALLY, “3 Day Shipping”, it’s taking over a week for my package to be shipped from California here to Michigan. I could have driven to California and back in less time than it’s taken my package to arrive here in Michigan, by FedEx no less!! FedEx really?! I would expect that from our SLOW US Postal Service, but, from Fed Ex?! Come on now!”
