“Order arrived today. Opened the package and there was paint covering the outside of the bottles. The lids on the base and mid coats were less then finger tight. Lid on top coat was fine. There was enough left for me to do the job. The match at best was ok.”

“The aerosol can of paint that was in my order was packaged in a box too small for it and the other contents. It was tilted at an angle in the box, not allowing the box top to close flatly. In shipping the box top pushed in crushing the cap of the aerosol can and released paint spray inside the box. Not only did it waste my paint, it could have led to a shipping incedent, as this was a ORM-D shipped package.”

“No instructions for use were provided. I suppose I'll have to go online to find them. I hope it's a good product for the price. I found their shipping to be prompt, but I have yet found the nerve to try using the product until I get instructions.”

“Everything was good except the paint didnt match.. My cars a 2013.. the paint was too dark. I think it would have matched fine if my car was new as paint fades over time. If there was a way to lighten the paint that would be great. Something you could add to it to customize it. Otherwise the quality of everything was excellent. Unfortunately its obvious that its been touched up.”

“PRICING ERRORS ON THE SITE. CLEAR CODE LISTED AS SPECIAL ON WEBSITE THAT I FOUND YOUR COMPANY. THE PRICE SHOWED THE SALES PRICE ON OUR SITE, BUT INCREASED AT CHECKOUT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A PRICING ERROR, BUT WHY IS IT ON A COUPON WEBSITE AS WELL. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE THOUGH”
