“Have not received the product as of date, but looks like I should have it tomorrow, 7/22. Order was placed on 7/11, shipping seems to be slower than other companies I ordered from. I’m hoping the product will be “worth the wait”. Can’t wait to use it.”

“I have not recieved my product so I can not review something I do not have. Please review your shipping charts and estimated arrival dates to allow customers to receive and use the product. This will facilitate an effective review.”

“Pens came together but the paint pen leaked, wasn’t terrible and with a little clean up all was good! Color looked awesome on my Silverado!”

“Ordered it on the 8th - today is the 17th. Nothing yet! called yesterday was told the it shipped on the 16th. Wish I had been told that it would take a week before it would ship. Can't review the product yet maybe in 3 or 4 more days!?”

“Paint goes on well and coverage is good. The clearcoat dries to a finish resembling 220 grit sandpaper. No sheen or smoothness. I'll go to work with polish and wax to see if I can buff it up, but for the moment, it just doesn't look like I hoped it would. Not having the steel ball in the clearcoat can made it harder to mix up by the way.”

“Price per paint ratio is exceptionally poor, but the color match was very good, so the product is acceptable.”

“Request to customer service took too long to respond to message. I wanted to add something to my order and emailed hours later to change, but I did not receive a response until after it shipped prompting a second order. There was also estimates ship time when ordering. I chose the most expensive option (FedEx) figuring it would be the cheapest option. It has been over a week since my order and it has still not arrived.”
