“the dispenser did not work well and the large sponge/brush made delicate work impossible. Therefore, primer and paint was applied onto areas not needing touch-up. The result looks bad.”

“Although the process of purchasing was easy and the product arrived pretty quickly, the product itself was not good. The paint either doesn't want to come out, or flows out in puddles. One of the paint pens stopped working altogether. The paint color is poorly matched and one of the two pens was chalky white rather than matching the pearly white of my car. Sadly, the pen the fell apart and stopped working was the one that actually matched my paint. Also, trying to put paint on smoothly with a hard tipped pen is virtually impossible. I wish I had gone to an auto parts store and purchased the touch up paint from there. My best friend did that and hers came out beautifully and was much less expensive.”

“Whom ever is your tech. person should find another job field. One day I can order using IE. the next time I was TOLD to use google ! When I could get the time away from automotive service writing during your open hours, I ordered code #476 brilliant blue, it shipped as a #425 silver.. Maybe you could use a whiter/ grayer ink on the packing slip and smaller font too!”

“Difficult to write a review since the item has yet to arrive. Last update says it left Charles de Gaulle airport, Paris at 8.45am on Friday (ie 5 days ago) but nothing since then. Will happily provide a review when it eventually arrives!”

“Hello. I ordered super-white touch-up paint for my tacoma. It is kind of obvious that the colors dont match. The color, once applied to my truck seemed to be some kind of off-white. I was not very impressed. Although that is just my opinion. Anyhow. . . Thanks for listening to my gripe. James Ashenfelter”
