“Ordering was very easy and straightforward. Color was good and my car looks much, much better now- You really can only tell it's painted when you are looking specifically for the spot. One of the little jars came cracked but still worked fine. Would recommend.”

“I've now used touch up direct to fix scratches and minor chips on about 5 cars. The color is always a perfect match. I've normally used the small bottle with brush. I recommend touch up direct to anyone!”

“There are no instructions included with the pack and you have to go back online to their website which has very little information. Also note that the packages do not include any repair putty so you will have to go out and buy it separately”

“I gotta say, it doesn't look good. I read and re-read the directions several times to make sure I was doing it right before I started, and follwing the directions to a T, it still seems like the paint it too thick. I think perhaps a smaller brush would have done the trick. Perhaps you could tweak that. Rating this as acceptable because at least my car isn't rusting anymore and the color was spot on!”

“I will say that the service level was quite good when speaking with the CSRs on ths phone and the product was delivered quite quickly however where I believe the experience and product fell short is in two spaces. Direction and colour. First off, I'm not a painter or an automotive body repair person. I dont know the first thing about steps to take in order to get my desired result or have any tips on how to apply paint in the most professional ways possible. Or the order of application and preparation. I ordered the brushes vs the pen andino matter how much of the product j tried tk remove and dsb off just because of the quality of the brush itself there was no way for me to apply without getting streak lines. Sure YouTube might be able to help but some instructions would be nice to have included. Secondly the colour match. Now this could have been a result of the first issue however, but the contours aren't an exact match so it's almost more noticable now then it was before.”
