I purchased the touchup paint kit for my Hyundai - Spicy Red Pearl - IY for a red Hyundai Santa Fe. The directions were followed specifically as directed. From the very beginning, the color did not match nor did it cover the scratch surfaces. The use of the product actually made the minor scratches more visible and look a lot worse. I am completely disappointed with the results and requested a refund for the product. They refused to reimburse me for this product. To correct the issue now, I have to have the areas processed by a professional auto paint service.

I ordered two cans of paint over two weeks ago, paid over $17 in shipping, and still have not received the paint.

At the beginning I thought it was a good idea, the paint looked the same but once i apply it the difference was huge!!!, it was not the same paint at all, I had different colors spots in the places that I use it, it looked so bad I had to take it to a body shop to repaint the entire thing. Really disappointing!

Product has never been received! ! I called and got voice mail, no returned call. Very Unhappy!!! I would not recommend this company.

I was covering a scratch that went down to the medal. I read the web site on instructions and followed. The paint appeared to be watery but went on well after working with it for a while on test strip. The clear coat was a disaster. It went on tacky and stringy. I tried several times and finally gave up. My scratch is a mess.

Sorry for the belated feedback. At the time I received the order, something very distressing had come up and so I merely moved the box into my garage. Now that I need the paint, I cannot use it, as you will see in the attached photograph. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PACKAGING in the box, and it appears the clear-coat burst open and saturated the box with its contents. I would appreciate very much if you would please replace the clear-coat portion of this order and try to make a point of giving those in charge of packing boxes much clearer instruction for greater care than appears to have taken place in this example.

See previous correspondence from me and your customer service. I like the product, but your order web site will not let me review my cart to correct the number of items ordered. However, I am on the process of getting the order correct after an agonizing process of correspondence. Please correct this horrible order web site so I can order again with out such a needless mess.

I received the product on 9/25, but it was the wrong paint color. I originally got the wrong paint color and sent it back in exchange for another. Ended up getting the same paint color back, but customer service sent over the paint color I requested. Customer service is really nice, just think something got mixed up in the packaging portion.

Incorrect Urethane color sent. Received Suzuki Y7H metallic Space Blue. Ordered Smokey Topaz Metallic NH-777M (Honda Odyssey)

The color of my Rogue was listed as Midnight Jade when I bought it. I can only now find dark olive. I tried to find the paint info on the driver's door, but there is not a "Paint" category as indicated in the chat. I never could get back to the "chat" to clarify. I called Nissan's 1 800 number for assistance and after listening to a very long string of options, I finally chose what I thought was the correct one. I have been listening to your music for awhile. Makes me rethink purchasing another Nissan........

Very poor quality paint. Didn't match my vehicle at all and I'm 100% certain I ordered the correct paint. Will never reccomend this place to anybody else.
