“My order was incomplete. Earlier today I sent an email of complaint. My order should have included three items, color, clear, and primer. Instead only color was received. Please advise if/when the missing items will be sent. Alternatively, I will have to return the one item and request a refund. Email: humber.consulting@sympatico.ca”

“The paint does not even come close to matching. I asked for either a refund or a replacement color that is more accurate, but got no response. It is the correct paint code, but the guy mixing it must have been having a bad day. The paint is also waterborne, so adhesion and durability is very poor also.”

“Ordered my product on 12/5/16. Received an email saying the item had shipped on 12/6/16. It is now 12/20 and I still have not received my product. I tracked the shipping and the USPS site showed the item had not been received for shipping. Tried to call several times, no answer. Tried to do live chat, no response. Please advise if I will receive my product.”

“(1) Your checkout page wouldn't disclose estimated shipping time which is often very long for automotive parts so that didn't build trust (2) your credit card checkout form has formatting errors that made it appear untrustworthy (3) your paypal checkout process is flaky and after being interrupted by this survey it was hard to tell if the transaction even worked and (4) you STILL didn't offer an estimated shipping date (5) I would much rather buy your products on amazon rather than using a 3rd party website (6) if you want to make me happy ship quickly and have the product here before the end of the week”

“let's see....do we have a match? I touched up the paint, and let it dry. Every time I tried to put on the clear coat on, it removed the paint that I had applied. Clear coat useless.”

“I purchased the touchup paint kit for my Hyundai - Spicy Red Pearl - IY for a red Hyundai Santa Fe. The directions were followed specifically as directed. From the very beginning, the color did not match nor did it cover the scratch surfaces. The use of the product actually made the minor scratches more visible and look a lot worse. I am completely disappointed with the results and requested a refund for the product. They refused to reimburse me for this product. To correct the issue now, I have to have the areas processed by a professional auto paint service.”
