Although your tour took 3 days for the operator to confirm, which is longer than usual, we were in touch with you via daily email updates, explaining we were doing all we could to expedite the confirmation of your booking by the operator. “Just returned from SuperValue’s Classic Japan Tour. It exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was terrific and included some unusual activities. The guide was knowledgeable and fun. The people who work for SuperValue are responsive and caring. I give it 6 stars, instead of 5!!”
