The tour I booked was to Cuba and was called the next day saying it wasn't appropriate for Americans and my reservations were cancelled. Nowhere in the brochure I downloaded did it say that that tour wasn't appropriate for Americans. I STILL HAVEN'T gotten my refund!

Hi Mari We're very sorry that you were not able to join the tour you wished to book - as I'm sure you're aware, the current political situation between the USA and Cuba means that only a select number of tours are able to be booked by American travellers. Our tour suppliers do work to make this clear on all tour detail listings, and the details of visa requirements to enter certain countries is always the responsibility of the traveller to investigate. We do regret that this was not clear enough for you at time of booking - however I can see that your refund was immediately processed from our side, so if you still haven't received your refund we reccommend you contact your bank regarding this. Making searching for a tour I wanted easier. Making it easy to connect with tour operators to ask questions. I love the rebate parts for referring people and booking more tours, and was especially surprised and happy when a new discount I earned was applied to a tour I'd already booked for.

You pushed mandatory travel insurance, then you recognized that it was not compulsory. You did not respond to my e-mails for days. As a matter of fact, I am still waiting for instructions on how to proceed completing your registration form because I don't have insurance and I can't get passed that step. I still don't know which hotel I will be be going to in Milan and if transport from the airport is provided or not. I don't think I'll ever use your services again. I dealt with Viator for many years and their services were excellent. You can learn a lot from them!!!

To Emin We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed in your booking experience with TourRadar. While we do endeavour to always deliver a premium experience its unfortunate to hear that you were dissatisfied in your interaction. I am sorry that you felt travel insurance was 'pushed' to you, this is a service we normally offer all our travellers to ensure their financial and physical safety while travelling, and the vast majority of tour operators do make this mandatory for safety reasons. However it is of course not a problem for you to travel uninsured on your particular tour and we do apologise if you feel this was too heavily 'pushed' by our team. We are only ever looking after our customers safety and comfort while travelling! In regards to documentation, your tour supplier, CostSaver tours will release all your final tour vouchers and confirmed hotel details 6 weeks prior to departure. As I can see you are not departing for another few months, we will of course issue this documentation in due course as soon as the final details are confirmed by your tour operator, Cosmos tours. In the meantime one of our support agents will be in touch with the standard trip notes for this tour to give you an indicative idea of the hotels to expect while on tour. Please do feel free to contact us directly in your booking conversation for any further questions as we are always happy to help - and if the response time is not as quick as you would like, we are available 24/7 on our instant chat and via phone to address your queries immediately. I couldn't believe the communication between the operators/coordinators! The frequent updates, checking on availability with numerous tour operators and the resources offered, pre and post trip were a massive help. Thank your TourRadar team!

I have been very happy with the service received from the Toronto TourRadar staff. I find the email format to be a bit cumbersome but the message does get through. They have been very prompt in responding to issues and concerns I have and I am continuing to utilize them for some possible add-ons to the trip I have already booked.

I found the staff to be helpful but verry lade back i'm the sort of person that wants things done straight away for example once I've booked a holiday I want my tickets ASAP not have to keep chasing them up to see where they are the same thing aplyed when booking my transfer other than that I find your staff very polite but would have to think twice about useing you again

To Paul Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your booking experience - we are always looking to improve so appreciate your clear explanations of the parts of your booking that did not meet your expectations. I can see in your booking that your tour vouchers were issued to you as soon as they were released by Intrepid Travel, once your transfers were confirmed and final add ons included. We here at TourRadar distribute your final tour documents as soon as we receive them from the tour supplier, however until all elements of your booking are confirmed, it's not actually possible to issue documents. We apologise if this was not clearly explained throughout your booking process, but I can see you received your documents more than 3 weeks prior to departure and your payment invoice confirming your booking on the same day that you booked your trip. We hope that should you wish to book another tour we can better meet your expectations, and wish you a fabulous time on your trip! Kind Regards Carly

I just like your responsive 24/7 chat/booking process a lot. Competent and friendly. You ask a question at night and if there is no answer at once, you will get one the next morning for sure.

The customer service staff at TourRadar were excellent. They were always responded in a timely manner and were attentive to all of my details. They were very helpful with all of my questions and were kind and patient when speaking on the phone. I would recommend TourRadar to anyone travelling. They put me at ease and I trusted that I was being well taken care of.
