“I have only reached the booking phase of my trip, however the service has been excellent thus far. All questions answered, calls and e-mail responses very prompt and courteous. If my trip goes this well, I will be more than pleased.”

“Tourradar have been extremely helpful with my booking and have attended to all my queries as and when they arose. I personally had an issue wherby my bank credit card charged a international transaction fee for the tour booking, I requested assistance from Tourradar and they were extremely efficient in rectifying this issue and refunding this additional charge to my card. Thanks Tourradar, I have been very happy with the service you provided.”

“It was purely a random email which alerted me to the holiday, which we eventually booked. It was made very easy, and I certainly liked the way that the messages are all linked with the company who take you in the actual tour.”

“I placed a deposit on the tour and once I had made that committed, I received an email to say the tour was going to cost and extra $98. That's almost false as that is not the price I accepted when placing the deposit.. so very disappointing.”

Hi Vernon Thank you for your honest feedback - we always love to hear how we can improve your experience in booking with TourRadar. I can see in your booking that the initial pricing was adjusted on your booking request, however we did add additional savings to your booking to offset this, taking $192.50 in total off the price of the booking, due to the unexpected pricing adjustment after you placed your deposit. “Was helpful in making sure making sure my and my cousins separate bookings and payment for Mayan Encounter were connected so the tour company knew we were travelling together. he also checked that I hadn't booked myself on twice by mistake. They were very friendly and helpful. Thankyou.”
