“I paid my reservation using a credit card and unfortunately my bank charge me an additional transaction fee wherein Tourradar states that no additional fees will be added, So I made a complain and the transaction fee was given to me. Indeed you stick to your statement and you gain my trust.Thanks”

“Having had a poor experience with a Canadian tour booker, who promised to ring me back with a price and then failed to do so, I was delighted when ringing the following day to find Polish Barbara on the line who was MUCH better. It's a shame the website doesn't allow you to find out what a single supplement is in money. This is a failure.”

Our tech team is working closely with many tour operators to make this information available for you, however not every tour operator has (yet) made this level of data available to us - we're working on it though! “The customer reps are very fast to respond when I used the chat feature. A couple of them actually had been on the trip that I was inquiring about so they were able to give me personal feedback on the questions I had about the trip, which I felt was very informative! They are all very friendly and I always felt they genuinely wanted to help in any way they could.”
