TourRadar made it so easy to book my trip to Iceland and save me from having to do hours and hours of research. Customer service was also great at answering my questions.

Hello, I am not 100% happy with the handling. I still wait for my documents and do not know really whom I have to ask to send them finally.There are too many different people or companies involved.I travel a lot (4 to 5 times a year) and had never so many questions as this time. Can you give me the phone number of the firm who send finally my travel documents?? Regards Helga

We have contacted Exodus in order to get an electronic copy of your documents sent additionally. I was looking for a tour of Ireland and was lucky to find this website. They found a tour for us that fit our schedule, was affordable and they answered all the questions I had about the tour and were very friendly. I recommend this tour company to everyone!

I sent an email with some question but the email were never returned. I had to call to get my question replied. Despite we have many phone numbers from many places of the world , it seems that the only language to have support is english. I didn“t notice if it was warned but if not, it should.

I find it frustrating and unhelpful that I can't pay off the tour balance before the due date. For a tour company that prides itself on "booking made easy" I don't think it makes booking easy at all - it's so inconvenient.

When I booked Tina was back to me promptly and we got it organised in good time. Only one thing there could have been more detail in the Itinerary we are still not sure what the program is.

I had made my booking but not totally completed and as I waited for a response TourRadar contacted me and the tour operator on my behalf and would not release my deposit until operator confirmed. I thought that was pro active and reassured me that I had booked thru an Australian contact.
