Appalling. Misleading information about the tour, when the tour company brought the extra details to light, I immediately asked to cancel (a couple of hours after booking) but in addition to not responding to this request they are being condescending and rude. I can't afford to simply not go and so instead of the trip of a lifetime, I am just full of dread any worry about the upcoming trip. Awful experience.

Well i thought i was getting an amazing deal at -45% off the original tour price. Well after booking i looked at the tour operators site that would be doing the actual tour. Well tourradar doubles the price then discounts it to the same price as the actual tour operator. So don't be fooled, your not getting a discount. Example: TourRadar price $2519 / person minus 45% = $1135. The current price on Travel Talk is: $1385 / person. So in reality you're saving $250. The employees that i spoke with via phone and live chat were very helpful n great! So thank you for that :) Just a tad disappointed with what i thought was a great deal but not so much. Lesson learned! The only reason i am giving this a low rating is the fact that i felt cheated. On top of that i received an email saying final hours for up to 70% discount so i really rushed to book however i looked the next day and sale prices still the same (even the same 3 days later). I will likely not book with tourradar again but look at the deals and go with the tour operator right away.

We were looking for an Eastern USA tour that took in Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. What caught our eye was the trip to Cape Cod.

We have used Tourradar in the past and decided to use their services again. The offers are very good, people contacts are very proficient, and responsive. They are a pleasure to work with and will answer all questions, including the most obvious. Very easy to use website.

I put the trip on a 48 hour hold while we were deciding if this was what we wanted. When the hold was within a few hours of expiring, TourRadar sent me a reminder. We decided to book and put in our credit card. It took several hours to confirm our booking, which was fine. We are pleased.

My trip of a lifetime to Peru was cancelled by tour Radar due to COVID-19 and I was not given a refund. Malaysian airlines have refunded, hotels and trains have refunded but not TourRadar. I am 68 years old and I do not know if I will be healthy enough to climb Michu pichu in the future. I would appreciate if you would refund my full payment as per the ACCC conditions.

tour canceled without refund, they want to give me a useless credit, I need money immediately, I have to pay for the return flights !!! I don't want future credit, I don't have time and I don't want to have anything to do with these scammers anymore !!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH them!!!

The ongoing situation has also impacted tour operators heavily and has led to a substantial number of suspended tours. We can see that the tour operator has offered reimbursement in the form of a future travel credit. We understand that you found this to be an unsatisfactory result and preferred a different solution to the matter. The tour was great. I saw everything I wanted , and even a little more. Tours were conducted by experienced and knowledgeable guides. The sea, temples, sights - all at the highest level, and the price is acceptable. I recommend it!

Tourradar indicated on the website that there were enough spaces available for my tour which would start 4 days after I booked. Then you send me a message that it may take up to four days to confirm my spot for this tour, which started in four days! The message further asked for my approval of this without giving me any other option (like cancellation/refund). So then why ask me? And how can it take 4! days to confirm something like that? I contacted another place for exactly the same tour and they came back to me within 2 hours. The answers from your employees were not really helpful either. I don't think I'll use tourradar again.

When a booking request is received, tour operators must liaise with their local operations team to confirm that all components and services of the tour can be confirmed for the traveller. As these tour arrangements are reserved around 60 days before departure, any booking requests for departures less than 30 days are usually put “On Request” by the tour operator. To clarify, the availability listed for tours set to depart in under 30 days reflects how many spaces on the tour are still available and not those that can be instantly confirmed. As tour services are mainly finalized within 30 days before departure, any booking requests received at this time do require an additional 3-4 business days before confirmation can be received. For these reasons, it’s not recommended to book a tour last-minute. That being said, we are pleased to see that your booking was confirmed timely. Quite efficient except when I asked which hotel that I will be staying in Madrid, I cannot get the name and I was told I will know 48 hours before the tour started. It is less than 48 hours now, I still have no answer because I will be arriving Madrid today and I want to book my pre-accomodation in the same hotel. 16/02/20 19.02 pm. I still haven’t received any reply for the hotel details. I am very disappointed with the arrangement. What the company promised do not match!

Deceptive advertising the brochure said the tour starts and ends in BA but fails to tell you that you have make arrangements for three flights to do the tour

We recognize that some tour operators on our platform do not include domestic airfare and require travellers to make their own arrangements. All started out well - tours were easy to find and the booking process was easy. I chose to pay a deposit and settle the balance nearer the time. Post booking communications were prompt and helpful. So far so good until I was contacted to say that there was a mistake on the price booked and that I would need to pay more....flights are already booked and therefore this leaves me in a difficult situation. Not off to a good start any more.

I booked inka treasures in Peru with Tour Rader . The experience with regards to the detailing of the tour by email is very poor with no name of the hotel written on it. Also the itinerary doesn’t match the hotel booked . Totally bad experience . There is no communication between you & your international tour agency & the call centre. I would never recommend trips with anyone. There is a lot of communication gap. Very poor service & disappointed.
