My assessment is that the TR customer service is excellent, with quick responses to all requests and very friendly service. You should be congratulated. The ongoing continuity and availability of the message stream for each client is also an excellent feature. The availability of many packages on one site, in one general easy to follow and compare format is also a large draw for the site - a great travel business model. I assume that the tour package writing is done by the tour operators and supplied to TR and this is the only weak point that I have found on the site. The detailed information is a bit lacking for some tours to make a assessment whether or not one would wish to book. You could pass that on to the tour operators - do a poor or incomplete sales pitch through their writing and they are probably loosing business.

The entire process was very easy. I found a tour that worked for my time frame and budget, got a couple friends to join me and presto. I called a couple times to ask my questions and get some clarification. Each time the staff was knowledgable, friendly and prompt. It was easy to save money with the promo codes and now I have travel credits which I intend on using. Very pleased over all and excited to see how the tour stands up.

I actually had a difficult situation with one of the tour companies that uses TourRadar as their marketing platform. I found it confusing working with 3 different companies. But once TourRadar got directly involved the situation improved and was solved. TourRadar agent was very patient and understanding, gave me a better understanding of the situation, and they intervened with the other company on my behalf to straighten out the misunderstanding. Thank you TourRadar.
