We contacted TourRadar to book trip to Iceland. Online chat was very helpful, all questions were answered to our full satisfaction. All communications were very efficient and quick.

I can search tours throughout the world and can see options from many tour operators which help me to take a good decision. Thus I booked many tours from Tour Radar so far.

I’m struggling to give a good review here as I have asked on three occasions regarding the optional extras on the tour and some other queries I have with this tour. I have received zero response regarding any of my enquiries, and the only thing that has gone through is the automated charging of my credit card to confirm booking this tour. Some human interaction would be appreciated rather than just automated computer responses, and to actually respond to my queries. Not a pleasant feeling wondering if I shall be left in the dark regarding all arrangements and progress with this tour. Bit unnerving really that money taken but no follow up from TourRadar! Regards. I love using TourRadar. They represent a wide selection of tours all over the world and always have very competitive prices. The most delightful part of using TourRadar is their responsiveness. We have a three year old daughter who travels with us so we always have some special requirements. Inquiries made in writing or by telephone are answered promptly and courteously. They're very good about coordinating special needs with tour operators. We've used TourRadar twice and I would recommend them highly to anyone.
