“I was able to sort through the various trips until I found a couple I wanted to take. After I booked I misjudged the travel time between when one tour ended and when I had to get to the next one (I didn't realize there were no evening flights where I was). TourRadar was great in connecting me with the tour operator and they were in turn great with helping me change the itinerary so I could do both trips without any extra hassle.”

“The booking process was easy. The only difficulty was that the dates for insurance are only covered for one calendar year. Thus, I was unable to calendar in the dates of the tours for 2019.”

Hello Cynthia, You've booked an amazing trip to Patagonia! You've also done the right thing, by trying to book your travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed! This way you'll be covered for various emergencies that may interfere with your travel plans We checked out the World Nomads Travel Insurance site for you to understand the issue you raised, (the insurance provider we work in partnership with and highly recommend) and it appears you only need to scroll through to the 'next month' when requesting your quote. “I booked the European trip for 23 Sep and paid the deposit, unfortunately TourRadar could not get confirmation from the tour operator. I had no choice but had to switch to an expensive package than the first one. However, TourRadar gave me good discount so that at the end I did not lose much. Important this is the customer service is pretty good. I also have been give a good travel credit dollars for future use. All good now. I recommend TourRadar without hesitation.”

“Natasha was very helpful. I really couldn't find anything that was exactly what I wanted but I was getting desperate having spent weeks and filling six notebook pages on researching tours. I finally settled on something that will be adequate. It was unfortunate that the tours available were not exactly what I wanted in the timeframe I was looking for but Natasha tried to solve my problem.”

“I was extremely happy with this trip, the guide guys (Shiva in Delhi, Saurabh in Agra, Salim in Fatehpur Sikri, Satish in Jaipur were very professional, respectful, organized and knowledgeable. They make this trip sensational, but nothing would have been possible without the driver, who did a spectacular job. He made us feel like stars, comfortable and secure, he went the extra mile to make sure we achieve our goal. Congrats to TourRadar for hiring an amazing team.”
