“Quite a simple process to book the tour. I would have given it five stars except for the strange payment process associated with the booking. The price for the tour seemed to change at various stages of the process. The price I clicked on to purchase was not the one I ended up paying. In fact, along the way, the price changed (went up) twice and only by applying a discount code which I obtained from an email, I was able to bring it down to something just above the price I thought I would pay. Just weird.”

“Booking the experience was very easy and straight forward. I feel that the categorization of the tours was not very accurate and it would be great to have the chance to have a way to compare the tours once you narrow down the choice. It took a while for me to decide which tour to take until I actually created an excel file with the options.”

“The best of Portugal tour in 11 days covers the most important sites in Portugal. I find also very scenic places like Algarve, Porto, Coimbra etc. I am looking forward to my trip.”

“The company who offered this tour was at a higher price and charged for using credit cards. When I contacted them twice by email and after hours phone message. They still did not respond. I then found the same tour on tour radar at a lower cost and no credit card fees. Overall saving of $400/ couple”

“I did not find any hardships when I booked my tour online. The problem arose when I clicked on the booking confirmation email to view it. There was a problem viewing the booking that I emailed the customer service about it for several times but the problem persisted. The booking details would not show.”

“The online messaging is excellent and my queries were answered swiftly. The first time I telephoned I had no problems at all and the agent was very helpful. However, when I phoned to book I had a dreadful connection. It kept breaking up and when the agent was speaking it seemed as though 20 others were also talking which made it very difficult to hear what was being said. Really I should have re-dialed but I persevered and managed to get the booking completed.”

“Great booking site that enables you to find your perfect tour by applying a variety of filters. Tour descriptions are quite good. If you find details are missing, contact the tour operator. In my case, the replies came fast and with the required information. I especially liked the PayPal option to book my tour.”
