The best of Portugal tour in 11 days covers the most important sites in Portugal. I find also very scenic places like Algarve, Porto, Coimbra etc. I am looking forward to my trip.

The company who offered this tour was at a higher price and charged for using credit cards. When I contacted them twice by email and after hours phone message. They still did not respond. I then found the same tour on tour radar at a lower cost and no credit card fees. Overall saving of $400/ couple

I did not find any hardships when I booked my tour online. The problem arose when I clicked on the booking confirmation email to view it. There was a problem viewing the booking that I emailed the customer service about it for several times but the problem persisted. The booking details would not show.

The online messaging is excellent and my queries were answered swiftly. The first time I telephoned I had no problems at all and the agent was very helpful. However, when I phoned to book I had a dreadful connection. It kept breaking up and when the agent was speaking it seemed as though 20 others were also talking which made it very difficult to hear what was being said. Really I should have re-dialed but I persevered and managed to get the booking completed.

Great booking site that enables you to find your perfect tour by applying a variety of filters. Tour descriptions are quite good. If you find details are missing, contact the tour operator. In my case, the replies came fast and with the required information. I especially liked the PayPal option to book my tour.

We came upon tourradar by chance, having been completely unaware of their existence. Enquiries to Regina river cruises directed us to your site for booking. We live on the Gold Coast and were able to ring Brisbane to ask some questions, all attended to well by Alana. Deciding to book the tour, we went ahead and started the online process. The quoted tour price was incorrect so an online chat with Max rectified that problem. We then found we could not go past booking the cabin as it would not let us select our cabin type. Again, Max to the rescue. Then, the final payment, after the deposit, was showing as incorrect. Max referred us to Jesse who rang me and sorted out the problem. On his screen the correct amount was showing up but not on ours. Just a little technology glitch. So what should have been a simple booking became a little long winded. We may have grey hair but we are used to making bookings and payments online so we're expecting it to be easy! With the help of the three lovely Canadians, it was sorted and we are looking forward to our trip next year. We will of course give you another review afterwards and let's hope it will be favourable.

As I had already completed a trip with Tour Radar last year I had no hesitation with using them again. I found their Trans Siberian Train trip well organised and quite well priced compared to others on the market. This tour also is competitively priced and am so looking forward to my first visit to Myanmar. Booking this trip has been simple and confirmation was received very quickly.

Great selection of cruise, team very able and keen to help. One critic.....if I book a cruise which says availability......then there is a hold on cabins.....why does it take so long to remove a hold and actually find out if you get onboard. I understood you hold the cabins for only 48 hours! That part of the booking has really frustrated me.

TourRadar works with over 2,000 different tour operators with 37,000 tours worldwide to bring you the biggest selection of scheduled, multi-city group tours. If a passenger has a hold directly with the tour operator and wishes to swap their hold to TourRadar it can take time to complete the swap. In order for TourRadar to process a hold or booking swap, we need to directly contact the tour operator. Overall the booking was easy, except for the confusion about the First, Middle & Last name, as usually Chinese do not have middle name. The other confusion was about the booking of the arrival & departure transfer, I did not understand that the booking goes by per car booking instead of per person. Luckily the Tourradar staff emailed me to inform, thanks for the good service. I have chatted with a Tourradar staff, Jarrad prior my booking, he was friendly and responsive towards my queries. The tour filters are well thought of, it helped me to narrow my search effectively.

They provide many different tours and spell out the day to day itineraries for each. This allowed for great comparisons and we were able to zero in on what worked best for us.
