for the past two years i was trying to plan an ancient greece trip... till two days ago i hadn't found a companion nor an affordable way for traveling alone on a budget so i was skeptical... but i was feeling the time had come and voilà thru one of my google searches TourRadar showed up :) communication is very slow tho! TourRadar wouldn't give me any information unless i'd book the tour, but once i booked TourRadar disappeared leaving my questions unanswered till i had to insist... it seems TourRadar depends on expat explore to give most of the info, and expat explore is even slower... so far so good, but bc it's a very expensive tour i was expecting more care, i feel kinda adrift!

The selection of tours was great and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful! My only suggestion would be to make it easier, visually, to plan a trip that involves booking multiple tours so that travelers can more easily book back-to-back trips on a calendar to ensure they aren’t overlapping dates. Other than that, I would definitely book through TourRadar again (especially now that they’ve granted me travel credits, just from my making first bookings!)

a great website so much on offer & very easy to navigate (even for a senior)- However I would like to see more information provided on "optional tours" duration/timing & what does one do if not taking up an option ???

Although not yet commenced the tour and asked to right a review, 20/6/2019 so this is prior to the tour start date of 6/7/2019. TourRadar are efficient in following up emails and advising the status of the tour, so my only complaint, so far, is far too many emails are going into my inbox. I would prefer to have one or two later closer to the start date with all relative details

Well, We booked on tour for July 9 back in Feb/March 2019, Two days ago (June 16), I got a message that it was cancelled. I was stressed. However, They did get me on another tour 7/13. I had to rearrange all of my other vacation plans, but in the end, it all worked out. They were very helpful and we are looking forward to our tour in just a few weeks.

Dear TourRadar, As where I live we do not have Zip code for example I did not know what to fill in. I have place a call to have my tour booked. But then my email was not correct and i did not get email information. So I contact tourradar again and then we could arranged and complete the book. Maybe you can put a remark what to fill in if we do not have a zip code. The service to help me have my tour booked was good.
