“I would have booked direct with Expat but they were slow to respond. Following my booking I clicked onto your recommended travel insureres who told me I was too old (71) for them to insure! Otherwise all OK”

“As TourRader company is not well known in Australia, the first thing that concerned me the most "is this a scam company". I only booked through the company was only after doing some research and a phone call. In the past I only booked through Tripadvisor. So far the book was smooth and effortless. Thank you.”

“The booking process was very smooth and easy. The only thing I wish that TourRadar offer more is the detailed information about each tour instead direct me to the vendor company as soon as I ask any specific feature of the tour.”

“The website is adequate. Easy to book a tour and give quick responses to my questions and concerns about the tour, about tour confirmation, receipts and important information about the tour. I did not have to call the customer service agent of Tour Radar. So far, I haven't encountered any problem in booking the tour.”

“I booked 2 tour packages. Only 1 is confirmed so far. The other showed 2 seats available before I booked but unfortunately, my booking is not yet confirmed to date.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review! We certainly understand how important it is for customers to receive confirmation as soon as possible after submitting payment. To clarify, when passengers submit bookings for departures with the "Instant Book" button next to them, they will receive confirmation within minutes via email. Departures with the "Book Now" button, however, require manual confirmation by one of our agents or your tour operator. Whilst we endeavour to confirm all bookings the same day they are placed, some bookings do require 48 hours, sometimes longer, to confirm. We have had a look at your booking and can see that your operator confirmed your booking the day after it was placed and are glad that you did not experience any further delays. “The booking was easy and I got excellent help on the phone. However, when a complication arose a couple of terms were not well explained in the messages (i.e. "on request" and "Lares Trek" option. The 1st was explained well on the phone and the 2nd was included in a later attachment so I finally understood.”

“Hello, nearly everything was OK, but if you inform me that there will be a 15% discount some days later, that I could save severel hundred EUR. This caused a bitter bitter taste in my mouth.”

We regret to hear you are disappointed about the price drop on your tour and while we understand this is likely a disappointing situation for you, waiting for a price drop also has you running the risk of missing out on your place on your preferred departure date due to availability on many tours. It's not dissimilar to the airline industry, where it is also not uncommon to see a price drop after you booked your flight. Upon investigation in your booking page, it looks like there are only 3 spaces left on this popular departure, so you’ve definitely made a good choice securing a spot earlier.
