“I booked my tour of Israel through TourRadar & was very happy with the service. Although I have not taken the tour yet, I've been in close contact with the tour operator & anticipate a fun trip. As for my booking experience, I had a number of special conditions that I had questions about before I could make a commitment. TourRadar replied to every email I sent to them very promptly with the answers I needed. I spoke with them twice on the telephone & they we're very courteous & responsive. The price they charged for the tour I purchased was by far less expensive than any other quoted anywhere for a similar tour package/itinerary.”

“I requested a tour booking that turned out to not be what I was looking for. I called and requested to have the credit hold cancelled for this tour - and was assisted with my request so quickly, I was shocked how easy and seamless it was to resolve. I am looking forward to finding the right tours with them - now that I know how great their customer service is.”
