“I requested a tour booking that turned out to not be what I was looking for. I called and requested to have the credit hold cancelled for this tour - and was assisted with my request so quickly, I was shocked how easy and seamless it was to resolve. I am looking forward to finding the right tours with them - now that I know how great their customer service is.”

“The response was very quick. The only problem was getting hold of the South African office. The phone seemed to have been disconnected - " not available on the Telkom network. Either than that, the service has been great!”
