“Was a really good experience. Some options on the tour were not available on the webpage, e.g., single room supplement, pre/post-accommodation arrangements; however, a quick chat resolved those questions quickly. I particularly liked the ability to receive a transcript of my chat to document and remind me of what was discussed. I travel a lot and will return.”

“Booking was surprisingly easy. I was able to message back and forth with the tour company any questions I had. Their answers were very prompt and satisfying. I'd use TourRadar again, no question about it.”

“Hi, First time booking a tour here. I booked a tour for 8 days in Iceland. The tour company came back confirming that I booked a 6 day tour, but clarified later on exactly what it was and how it would work out. Everyonewas quick to come back and I had it resolved within a two or three days, so pretty good?”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. After taking a look at your booking, we can confirm that you have booked an 8-day tour to Iceland. As per the itinerary, the first and last day of the tour includes free time for travellers to explore on their own before taking off for their adventure around Iceland. As there are no scheduled actives for the first and last day of the tour, the operator has issued final documents only showing the scheduled actives for your tour, however, you will still have accommodation included for all 7 nights. “I spoke to numerous agents including Felipe, Joe, Hannah and Monique. All had extraordinary manners and patience and gave customer service that is all too rare these days. “This is the first time that I have used TourRadar to book a bus tour. So far, it has been a great experience. The website is easy to navigate, customer service has been very helpful when I had to call hem with a couple of questions, and communications via messages/emails have been good. I have a group of 7 people who will be going on our first bus tour, so I am sure that we will be happy to give our review afterwards.”
