“Web site quite easy to navigate. I got courteous answers to questions with 24 hours. There were numerous automated emails asking us to complete travel insurance information. When questioned I learned they do not even provide insurance for persons over 70 years and it is not required. I asked about tipping in Iceland and what to give for driver and guide; I ended up with three quite different answers when asking for clarification.”

“Provided the best pricing - I was dissapointed that I had to go directly to the tour operator to book my air and they would not book it until we had a confirmation of the tour. Consquently the air cost increased more than $100 pp waiting for the confirmation”

“Had a tour that matched available dates and responded promptly to chat. Only Issue I may have is I booked flights through Tour radar site which directed me to Tripair. I booked with them only to find afterwards there is a lot of negative feedback out there on them. Fingers crossed it doesn`t create any issues.”

TourRadar is the leading online marketplace for booking multi-day tours, however at this stage, we don't offer a service to book flights. We do offer a flight search feature on our site which is powered by trusted flight search engine, Skyscanner. It sounds like you used this feature to find flights which worked for you and your tour dates and linked through to a deal on another external site. “I have some concerns in that there are changes being made by the operator (YET) after I have paid in full; changes to flights and also there is now a doubt as to whether we would be able to taken straight to a hotel on our arrival on Day 1. Not pleased!”

“I find the agents very willing and attentive. but... I prefer to talk to the same person..even if you have the whole thing recorded. the problem is that I have a young heart but an old body. so must of the trips I like are under 70 years old... I work at my travels very hard and study all the possible things I could do. so I am frustrated because I want to see everything... its just me your trips are great... I will try Spain next for april2019 regards.”
