“I traveled last month to Vietnam and Cambodia with Hoian Express and the trip was amazing. Very well organized and the guides were really good. Now I am hoping to have the same experience on this oncoming trip. Thank you!”

“The contact person for our tour Shawn Jin is amazing. If you book a tour you should ask for him. He responds immediately, nights weekends etc. We needed to make some changes to the tour and he easily accommodated us. we had a lot of questions and Shawn was willing to research any question we had. He helped with airline tickets, phones, currency changes, tours. He was willing to go out of his way even before we booked the tour. We decided to go with tourradar because of Shawn. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel that the tour will be wonderful. Thanks Shawn”

“The tour guide was not very capable. Not helpful. Uninformative. He treated us like we were a burden. He argued and was insulting. The tour was rushed and if anyone made any suggestions he would not oblige and blame it on Trapsatur. I ended up leaving the tour early and taking a train to Barcelona early to get away from him.”

“Was my first time using this site. Was nice to be able to search tours from multiple operators on one site, so I could more easily find a trip to match my destination and dates of travel. Most of the tours seemed to be in the range of 8-9 days or 14+ days. Would have liked more tours that were 3-4 days to choose from.”

“Prior to booking I had ALOT of questions. I'm sure I was a pain in the butt, but they were answered in a timely manner. In addition, since we had a prior engagement, arrangements were made to join the tour a few days late, but they also agreed at the end of the tour that we could join the incoming group to the Istanbul city tour that we would have otherwised missed. I found this to be exceptional service.”

“Me, my mom and my daughter are very happy and satisfied with our recent tour in Europe. It was very well organized. Our tour guide Kerry was awesome and she's very knowledgeable and on point in every aspect of our tour. And of course the best and amazing driver on earth was Paul, he is the man.
