Very nice website to navigate and questions were answered. Also liked that I could hold my space for 48hrs before confirming for free. Cheaper than actual tour companies as well. However there were too many emails about the tours I was looking at.

I would book my trips with TourRadar based on the customer service alone. I receive quick responses when I send emails, and the people over the phone are extremely helpful and patient. There is also a great selection of trips. I can’t wait until my tour! Thanks!

this is only the first time i have used tourradar. the customer service was good in that they responded quickly to my many messages I cant say any more now as I have yet to experience the tour

They had a good range of tours available, priced in my currency, with good information available, and with the option of asking the tour operator questions. I was disappointed that one tour operator didn't respond though, however, the one that did got our business.

The website was easy and informative. It was nice to compare different options and to be able to limit your search. I just think after paying, the prices should be guaranteed. How can you send a customer an email saying there was a glitch with the tour and you will be charged more? I have never heard of such a thing... Very unprofessional!

Had to book 3 times because first 2 trips were cancelled. When trying to confirm details they emailed me time and meeting point for wrong day. Lack of flexibility for meeting point time, which should have been stated in tour details. Regret my decision to book this overpriced tour but too late to cancel. Single supplement same price as tour.

mission accomplished. however the final taste in the pudding is if we get a good tour based on tourRadar's lineup of partners. was just wondering why i got a mesage that my friend Jacques got points. i dont know any jacque. was this the agent handling? no problem for me though as long as i get what i wanted.

Nice interface for searching and comparing tours. Could work better with Chrome, but works. Would be nice if the age range had an exclusive filter, as opposed to just a qualifier that you meet the age requirements. The chat feature to talk with the tour companies was nice but not great at updating you on responses after the first message. Overall it is really nice to be able to look at all tour companies in the same format, have central reviews, and be able to ask questions without giving out info and getting on a mailing list.
