“i never thought such portal exist because i don't normally book tours, i tour by myself. i only knew Tour Radar from Lonely Planet. It is surprisingly convenient, all information about the tour and tour options are wide based on preference of the traveler; reviews about the tour companies and the 24/7 support are just great. i like that i can pay the deposit first (i need to apply for a visa) and even has an option for instalment payment. Now, I can't wait for my safari tour.”

“I love this website most. I can easily compare what any travel firm has to offer against the others......all in one place. I find it friendly because I don’t have to click around all over the place and go from page to page. I can create a list of favourites for a later review. I like the reviews - they seem authentic enough. Booking is super simple - no unnecessary fees and should it not work out the balance can be transferred to another trip. I haven’t actually experienced a trip yet, so let us see if it goes as well as advertised. That happens a-lot - oversell and under deliver (eg. Go Russia are expert at screwing people over). So far, what’s not to love? TourRadar is awesome!”

“I like the selection of tours and the ease of selecting dates, countries, etc. It is very helpful to have reviews from confirmed tour participants right on the site. I also like the option to add a single supplement (for a solo room) and other extras right in the booking, although not all tour companies are using this functionality, and the ability to book in my local currency. I wasn't a tour person in the past, but after my first tour, I now like them for places where I'm not comfortable traveling on my own (safety or language barriers) and it's really useful to be able to "shop" tours on the site.”
