They assisted, but I received the wrong information. Had to call a second time to get everything straight. But, they were good about trying to make things right.

I first emailed questions and you answered that day. Your system sent a brochure and availability. When I was ready to sign up you answered every question and waited for me to find other questions. You waited for me to sign up and once I saw how easy it was we talked about other things. Recommended insurance with a good price. Excited about my trip can't wait to go. Thank you for the help.

Its OK, but: * There is no option to find ALL tours by the date (all around the globe). * There is no option to find tours by the period. I can do it only after by-month search. * There is no option to delete (or hide) messages from the Inbox. And I can't delete cancelled tours.

The tour was easy to book. It was easy to get in contact with staff through email/chat. I asked some questions about a couple of tours responses were quick and all my questions were answered.

I’ve been searching for tours with a limited scope for the last 6 months. I didn’t know there were so many tour operators until I found Tour Radar. The rates are great, purchasing and reseating tours was incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend Tour Radar to friends and family...in fact I’ve alreay told all of my coworkers!

I contacted TourRadar by phone. Madara was very patient and answered all my queries in a very professional and respectful manner. The discounted rate I was offered was to my satisfaction as well as to my husband's. I will consider using TourRadar to book future tours.

I understand that tourradar is not in the position to provide visa information. However, I asked for simple question such as the entry point because US national can get a landed visa, and if it's cross the bridge around Aquba then only one entry is necessary. Another important point is that Jordan charges per entry, meaning double is twice the amount and multiple is trice the amount, therefore I feel that this basic information should be provide by Tour Radar ie single, double or multiple. After I called the Jordan embassy with specifics, all that TourRadar did was providing me with the generic email. How hard is it to tell me where is the entry point for visa? I had to email 3 times and still pending the reply. Regards Charmin

The trip notes we provided by your tour operator, includes some helpful information and a link to a website with info about Jordanian visas. Booking this trip has been easy. I am a solo traveller and have to plan everything myself, but the website was easy to use and now I can't wait to go!
