“mission accomplished. however the final taste in the pudding is if we get a good tour based on tourRadar's lineup of partners. was just wondering why i got a mesage that my friend Jacques got points. i dont know any jacque. was this the agent handling? no problem for me though as long as i get what i wanted.”

“Nice interface for searching and comparing tours. Could work better with Chrome, but works. Would be nice if the age range had an exclusive filter, as opposed to just a qualifier that you meet the age requirements. The chat feature to talk with the tour companies was nice but not great at updating you on responses after the first message. Overall it is really nice to be able to look at all tour companies in the same format, have central reviews, and be able to ask questions without giving out info and getting on a mailing list.”

“There were a lot of tours to choose from. I liked seeing the little maps - it made narrowing down the choices simpler. The itineraries were helpful. Booking was easy. When I had a question and called on the phone, Jarred was very timely and helpful.”

“We found a tour to suit us, made contact and put it on hold for 48 hours, and almost immediately had a phone call from a lady in Brisbane Australia offering us any assistance. We later had a question and the same lady quickly answered that query. This gave us confidence in what we were booking.”
