“The website has limitations. We booked a trip but are still awaiting final details, a specific itinerary and hotel information. The best part of the website is the chat feature, even though it usually takes more than 24 hours to get a response.”

Your trip offers a lot of free time in each destination which is one of the benefits of independent or self-guided tours. It also includes transfers, public ferries and accommodation. It is not uncommon for the details of your transport and accommodation to be confirmed by the tour operator closer to your departure date, as ferry timetables may change. Issuing this information closer to your travel date offers a better chance of first time accuracy on your travel vouchers. “My flight was cancelled last minute and I had no idea what to do about my booking. Although the booking with Haggis Tours could not be refunded, Daniela went above and beyond to help me get in contact with Haggis Tours and find a solution. She even sent me several very friendly and professional emails with links to different resources. Daniela made my terrible situation so much easier. Thank you, Daniela. I would definitely book through tourRadar again.”

“Planning on doing the Komodo Expedition in November and everything so far has been great! All of the booking process has been excellent. Plenty of emails to keep me up to date with what was happening and where the booking was at. Requests were not an issue and were responded to quickly. We upgraded to a cabin rather than the dexk as we are seniors so a bit of comfort is required these days lol! Cannot fault any of the process so far!”

“I called and always talked to a real person who spoke English and understood my question; the tour operator Rabbies was much more difficult to get info from. I did book because there were only 3 seats left. I cancelled my tour on Viator because they never had anyone answer or try to get you an answer. I have not gotten my voucher as of yet”
