“The site was relatively easy to use. The operator had to adjust the price because the incorrect price was displayed. i sent a message 24 hours ago regarding booking accommodation prior to the tour commencing however I am still waiting for a reply. The tour looks very comprehensive and we are looking forward to it.”

“I have requested information about which city my Southern Charm tour starts in and which city it finishes in because the direction of the tour, shown on the map on the website where my tour has been confirmed, is the opposite to what I hope I have booked. However I have had no response from either TourRadar or Collette, the agent for this tour”

“TourRadar provided efficient service when I booked a river cruise so that my booking was smoothly completed. It was also very helpful in giving a helping hand to sort out the problem I confronted in making the arrangement in Airport to the Port transfer.
