“Tour Radar gave me an amazing 2018. I went into their site and found all the holidays I wanted to experience. So, aside from the other places I went to, I went to Italy with their aid.. The tour was with a company I had travelled with before and I used Tour Radar to find them. Now, in my search for holidays in Asia, I turned to Tour Radar again because I know they can be trusted. Happy? Me???? Ecstatic!!!! Going to Thailand next. They make booking a holiday so easy. Thank you, Tour Radar!!! :)”

“I am a frequent traveler and I recognize and appreciate very much excellent service. This was provided recently by Tour Radar travel consultant Fin. He was professional, efficient, well informed and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I have been choosing between several companies to book my trip to Sicily this fall. The itinerary was similar but Fin was the one who made the difference.”

“TourRadar was a great website to use when booking a tour in Eastern Europe. It had a discounted price for the tour and was the best price I was able to find. The website was very easy to navigate and quickly confirmed my booking. The online help feature which I used to converse with an agent was prompt and cleared up my booking question in a professional manner. Will use TourRadar in future bookings.”

“While I still have not completed my tour, the service provided by TourRadar has been super. They have helped me in all the organizing and the pre trip add on. If the service continues like this for the trip, I would strongly suggest that it is the best travel service that I have experienced.”

“Easy booking process. Went smoothly. However follow up question after the booking was confirmed was very slow and am still emailing trying to get answers. Once they get the booking it seems there is no customer service.”

“The website was easy to use and have good customer service. It was a bit misleading when it came to the costs of accommodation as it showed an option for a twin room for no extra charge were in fact accommodation is not included. I was approached by TourRadar and was told that this will be checked and removed.”

“The staff at tourradar gave me some misinformation which wound up costing me a great deal of money on a trip (1000GBP). When I contacted them to ask about it, they owned up to their mistake right away, and found a way to refund me the money. All the staff were very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to help. I was not able to call the tourradar team because of issues with the listed number but when I would email them asking to be called they would get back to me right away. I really appreciated the integrity of tourradar and intrepid tours. I have been travelling with tourradar for the last 2 years and this kind of customer service is exactly why. Oh, and for those of you who are also having trouble using number listed online I have been assured the tech team are getting it fixed so it will work soon :-)”
