“The online chat was fast and informative. Booking done on TourRadar was easy and I do get a discount too. On top of that I do not need to pay in full for my booking. Only 20% of the total fee is required as deposit for my 6 days Iceland tour.”

“I went on a tour of Egypt with them and I got to see lots of stuff. Giza Plateau, Saqqara, multiple temples, a cruise ship down the Nile River, and the tour guides were very nice. The only thing I wished was different was the amount of time I got at the Edfu Temple. I only got a very short amount of time and the Edfu Temple, which is an amazing temple.”

“The travel credits/discounts are what persuaded me to use TourRadar instead of Contiki directly, and they make me continue wanting to come back (I've booked 3 tours within a year). Beyond that, I love and appreciate the customer support I receive. The representatives have always been so helpful, responsive and patient. I've dealt with many different team members, and only once was I disappointed by the vague and unhelpful response I received. In contrast, I've had a lot of interaction with Darshna (over email and phone) and she's a complete all-star!!! Although I've decided that Contiki seems like the best tour company for me, I do appreciate being able to search for all tours on your site, especially when I have my heart set on a certain location. One piece of feedback is I do wish the search filters would enable me to search for young adult tours only (the age filter includes all for the younger ages, which isn't helpful at all). In order to search for young tours I need to know them by name and add the tags manually. Perhaps there are some tour companies I'm not even aware of and I can't discover them using the current filters. Thanks!”

“I have been making several phone inquiries to TourRadar call center based in Vienna. The girls who answered my calls were extremely helpful and polite with perfect English! This give me a lot of confidence and trust that I have picked the right company to handle my Iceland booking and to resolve any issue it may occur when we travel in September. Booking was easy to understand and easy to make”

Hello Tsolmon, We certainly sympathise with your situation. It's disappointing news to hear that your visa will not be issued in time for travel and even more frustrating to lose money as a result. Our Travel Experts appealed numerous times to the operator to consider your position and make an exception to their terms and conditions, (which they are not obliged to do), but they were unable to be flexible on your cancellation fees just weeks before your tour departure. It's important to note that the operator will also have costs to cover for your tour as the accommodation and other activities that are pre-booked will also largely be non-refundable. This is the main reason operators have cancellation policies in place. We regret to find that this has lead you to hold TourRadar responsible for this decision, as we have no position as your booking agent, to insist an operator amends their terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time of booking, in the event of cancellation. Tsolmon, we genuinely sympathise with your situation and will reach out to you to see if there is anything we can offer to ease the severity of your financial loss. We value you as a customer and will also be more than willing to offer you advice on travel planning when requiring a visa to put you in the best position to avoid this situation in the future. “Good selection of different tours to different destinations available online. You can contact the tour operator directly for pertinent information regarding respective tours. Online chat available (with transcript) online. Knowledgeable agents ready to answer questions. Accumulate credits when you book and can spend them when booking another tour through Tourradar.”

“TourRadar made finding the right tour for us very easy. And then the tour operator, KK Holidays made tweaking the starting and ending days' itinerary very easy. Our driver, Sushil, was very attentive and prompt fulfilling our requests. Definitely recommend TourRadar and KK Holidays.”

“I had questions and was able to call and speak to someone straight away. Once I had booked my tour, confirmation was prompt. I then wanted to add to my tour and this was no trouble the changes again went smoothly. Thank-you TourRadar I am now very excited to start my journey.”
