“Always answer any questions asked,especially important if one is technally challenged like I am.Able to make payments over a period of time.All info is very clear on the intenary. Pricing is equal to similar CRUISES.Very pleased with service!”

“I filled out forms on your site to complete my booking application . Then I got a request from the tour operator to complete very similar forms providing the same info ! But Touradar clarified and I didn’t have to complete additional forms . Your people are good but I can see communication with tour operators may need improvement. Your people respond quickly - which I appreciate”

“My only complaint was getting cruise information. The cruise specialist was not there on Sunday and in a meeting on Monday. Getting information was slow and I never did really have my questions answered.”
