“The itinerary of the trip changed significantly and I was at no stage informed. I downloaded the tour itinerary the day I flew to ensure that I had the most up-to-date information, but it had not been updated, and the trip I was on was significantly different to the itinerary that I paid for. I cannot understand how TourRadar failed to notify me of any changes.”

“I put a call into TourRadar with some questions about the upcoming tour. They answered me efficiently and courteously and accurately. (I had actually, also been in contact with the tour company. TourRadar was spot on.) The actual tour company would only quote one price. TourRadar gave me an “early discount” booking price, plus an additional discount.”

“Tour radar is easy to use and does offer competitive prices. I can not write a proper review until I go on my trip. Setting up the trip easy and the company called me before they ran my credit card to discuss any questions I may have had before anything was finalized.”
