“We always had friendly and prompt service by the staff at Tourradar who always went the extra mile to answer they many questions we asked to get the right tour for us. The staff were very patient as we had a lot to consider and they allowed us to take the time we needed without any pressure.”

“Staff are available 24/7 and because there is a record of the correspondence, someone can pick upi your file and respond. All the people I dealt with had a very positive attitude. No question was too simple and their customer service was excellent.”

“I’ve had good experiences with TourRadar in the past, which is why I wanted to book through you this time. However, I had conflicting email replies to my queries on a specific tour this time round. Then, when I tried calling the Spain number listed on your website, I got stuck in an automated loop where I was never able to speak to a person to resolve my issue. I had decided to give up and book directly with the tour company when I had a call from a NY number. The woman who called me (Liz? Lynn?) was both helpful and knowledgeable and saved the day. After speaking to her, I booked the tour through TourRadar.”

“I used to very highly rate them but in recent times they have got a little less helpful and slower to deal with issues. They still are a good site and have good deals but like I said not quite as good as in the past. I would however still recommend them overall.”

“Sailing is a wonderful experience if you want to visit a lot of places in few days. The skipper was incredibly great and all trip was unbelievable. The sunbaths on the sandy beaches were breathtaking. Thanks to my wife for pushing me to do this wonderfull and amazing experience.”

“I love Tour Radar. They gave me all the support when I needed contacting the agent themselves to solve my problems while I was on the trip. The response was always quick and I also got the best deals, always cheaper than with the operator. Can't fault it really. Just booked my second trip with them this week.”

“There's a huge selection of tours from all of the major operators, and is cheaper than booking direct. With a little bit of work on their filters they will be a major player in this this area - in particular the ability to set specific departure/arrival dates and to specify your true age rather than being forced to used industry-specified groupings.”
