“I had a trip reservation with another operator that was cancelled 10 days prior to departure. Andreea from Tour Radar was able to locate another, almost identical, itinerary that worked with my existing air and hotel reservations. Within 48 hours of the previous cancellation, I had a confirmed reservation. It was an excellent example of great customer service.”

“Our recent tour to the Kimberley, WA was amazing and beautiful and more than we expected. Kimberley Wild Guides, Matt and Anj were great and thoroughly made the trip. They were extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They even made me a birthday cake and decorated it with gum leaves and gum nuts in the middle of nowhere. Thanks to the Kimberley Wild team for organising our trip.”

“Very easy to look at all tours I wanted. When I did decide,Egypt 10 days with red sea, booked it. I had no problems and even to question I had. I was answered back right away. Cannot wait for January. I would like in the future you might consider combining with flights. Thank you.”

“We were delighted by the wonderful two-week trip to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan created by Kalpak travel. Prior to the trip, Luca (co-founder and owner) provided prompt, thorough, and accurate responses to our months of questions about safety, weather, and cultural norms. He also provided a complete itinerary of each day’s activities so we knew exactly what to expect every day. During the first week in Kyrgyzstan, we swam in Lake Issyk Kul (the second largest mountain lake in the world). We also hiked in Ala Archa National Park and in the remote summer pastures of Song Kul Lake where horses, cows, and sheep grazed freely among the yurts where shepherds live. These pristine outdoor experiences were complemented by the second week in which we visited exquisite mosques, madrassas and mausoleums of the ancient but vibrant cities of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. The bus, train and plane trips between these places were expertly choreographed by our competent, knowledgeable, and likable guides. We observed craftsmen and artisans who practice the traditional skills of eagle-hunting, silk weaving, yurt building, paper making and pottery painting. We spent two nights in yurts: the remaining nights were spent in comfortable, lovely and well-located 3 to 5-star hotels that served sumptuous breakfasts. We can’t imagine a better experience than the trip orchestrated by Kalpak travel in this unique part of the world.”

“I am happy about nearly every thing except the fact that I find Tourradar does not book the hotels on the trip, even though the tour operator's web site made it clear on their website for the exact same tour that they didn't book the hotels. Their customers were supposed to. I still do not know what hotels we are staying at and I need that information for my employers ASAP. Tourradar should have made it clear on their website how all bookings were handled.”
