“Operators on tourradar generally can be trusted. I have been lucky so far. The staff at tourradar are professional and helpful. Price with discounts and promo code really help to save on the cost of the tours. Thank you and keep up the good work!”

“I'm the travel agent who booked on behalf of my client. The quoted price held for 48 hrs was $ 8202 for two people ref A495026 I paid the deposit at the clients request using his credit card of $ 570 The invoice came through the next day with a total cost for the tour of $ 8370 I called back the next day to request a refund of the deposit paid due to the discrepancy in cost as the client was not happy, this is also against ACCC guidelines. I've spoken to Steffanie who is on the case at the moment as I have requested that the deposit and control of the Trafalgar tour be transferred directly over to Trafalgar. The client has requested that he no longer wants to associate with TourRadar. Please ensure that his request is facilitated without any cost to him or myself. Paul Cotto A great result with Steffanie being able to refund the deposit for my client Thank you for your prompt assistance”

“It was confusing with the sudden presence of COSMOS and the requirements that we fill out forms on their website. I had already done the same on the TourRadar site after we were notified that we had successfully booked our tour. I think COSMOS should stay in the background and let Tour Radar deal with the clients.”

“Update: After my last comment, tourradar rep got back to me in no time and refunded the difference. I am pleasantly surprised by TourRadar's customer service. I have interacted quite a bit before making this tour selection and have ALWAYS got very quick response and have always find the customer reps beyond Helpful. I thought of booking the tour directly with Expat but I am super glad I used TourRadar. So far I have had great experience with this company and I hope it continues. This is my very 1st tour with Tourradar and if it does go well, I plan to take a lot more trips with them in the future. Very much looking forward to this trip, and I thank tour radar for always being there. I highly recommend TourRadar, and applaud their customer service ................................................................................................................................................................................ Overall its a great site, everything was easy to use. The customer reps are great, they were very helpful and always replied all the answers. The only problem I had was, I actually had a different coupon code and was supposed to get $135 discount, the site accepted it but didnt let me move forward. I used different coupon code but it was less that what i should have got.”
