“Several weeks ago, I reserved two places on the Devon and Cornwall Tour from London in July, 2022. I copied the confirmation, but could not find my booking later with Tour Radar. After several communications back and forth, I was advised to rebook, which I did. But, once again, I did not receive a confirmation for several days. Finally, I received a confirmation. It took me almost three weeks to book this trip. REVISED: Once TourRadar was notified of my problems, they helped and we have been able to book. Thanks.”

“I take three calls with a wait of up to 4 hours, but in the end I was able to speak with Racquel in Australia and with her I was able to make my reservation, extremely difficult to connect with you.”

“The customer service person who helped me book this tour was great. It was so painless. I told her that I wanted to join some other guests on their tour and gave her the booking number. She had my tour done in less than five minutes and even did a change to a private transport with no problems.”

“I give TourRadar 5 stars, your agent Montana was great and she helped me to get my trip confirmation from Explore Worldwide. However, Explore’s agent was either inexperienced, or lacked attention, because he made mistakes and answered really slowly. What is great about Explore Worldwide is their itineraries.”
