“The operator from "Destination Service Costa Rica" was helpful when I first asked questions, but later, somehow, no body replied back to me any more. I can saw all my questions still in my inbox, i don't know what is going wrong with them. I do have some complains on your web site, the listing price is for triple occupier and when you booked the tour for two, there is extra charge, Also the last day is in Manuel Antonio, it will takes three hours for driving back to San Jose and travelers need be airport 3 hours before the departure time, that means it will need 6 hours to prepare to be in airport. Therefore, you should tell the travelers to book flight after noon not in the morning.”

“Happy: Easy to use & provide a platform that facilitates entering in contact with various tour operators - e.g., the "Kayak" of tour search. Not happy about: (1) I started receiving *way* too many emails about unwanted offers/deals etc; acts similar to a spambot; (2) some of my emails have remained unanswered for 36+h-not acceptable, especially when the question pertains to payment strategy.”
