We do indeed, offer both group tours and independent tours, both which offer a very unique touring experience. The tours on our site which are guaranteed to be a solo trip, are labelled with an "independent" tag and are often able to be booked any day of the year. These tours will not have you joining a group and may be escorted or unescorted. If you're looking to join a group and you do not see the independent tag on the tour detail page, it's very likely you're looking at a group tour. However, as some group operators will also run a tour for just one person, to be 100% sure about the trip you're booking, we recommend you get in touch to ask about the departure date you have your eye on. “Tried to change a booking online and couldn't. Then rang direct to ask a consultant for help, no use whatsoever and said someone from the US office would ring. The only call I got was from a NZ number and they had the calls confused with another customer. Tried to log in online to my account and not able to, found out by chance that it takes 15 hours to activate an account In this day and age this is poor.”

“You can type in lots of variables to zero in on your tour type. I wish the site let you type in your tour name or a code number so you can refind it.”

“TourRadar has been easy to book our trip with. They were very responsive to the questions I had for them. I wish they put more information on their site before you actually purchase the tour. After you purchase a tour you have access to more specific information about the tour and optional packages that you can't see before you purchase them. Also, they need to notify you, up front, when optional tours must be purchased with cash/on site, as opposed to being able to purchase them in advance with a credit card. It makes a big difference when you are planning a trip. Overall, I am happy with them. Their price was MUCH better than most. We haven't taken our tour yet, but so far it's been pretty good.”

“This was my first time overseas and TourRadar made it such a special experience. I saw things i’ve always dreamed of seeing, eaten foods so delicious my tatebuds could burst and experienced Japanese culture at it’s best. My tour guide was friendly, enthusiastic and made the tour for me. 11/10!!!!”

“It was really easy to book the trip. I wish there had been more details about where we would be picked up from on the itinerary so I could book somewhere to stay that would be close to the place. I will have to ring Intrepid.”
